Media Inquiry Process
All media inquiries should be directed to the Communications Office. Inquiries are reviewed for compliance, accuracy, and institutional alignment before any response is authorized.

Spokesperson Policy
Only designated spokespersons are authorized to provide official statements. Media representatives should not contact individual employees for comment without prior coordination through the Communications Office.
Response Standards
- Inquiries acknowledged within one business day
- Substantive responses provided within three business days
- Export-sensitive topics subject to additional review
- Crisis-related inquiries routed through the Crisis Communications Protocol
